Output is still coloured/not respecting the -nc flag

Nuclei version:

3.2.2

Current Behavior:

When running nuclei -nc and nuclei -no-color, the flag is not respected and colour still shows in the output.

Expected Behavior:

When running nuclei -nc and nuclei -no-color, all colour should be removed from the output.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Run nuclei -nc or nuclei -no-color
2. Output still shows colour
