This closes #212

If somebody still needs it, they can put their own exporter together.

So are we removing it without a replacement now?

@grobie We've had no movement on anyone volunteering to do the replacement. I would love to do it, but I don't have time. 😞

I really don't think there are many if any users depending on this. Let's merge this. It's straight forward to build a external exporter if anyone needs one.
