Version: 2.4.0+win64
Build: PrusaSlicer-2.4.0+win64-202112211614

Operating system type + version

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044

Behavior

There is only a "save" and a "delete" dialog
If you want to rename your Settings, you have "save" and then "delete" your old setting.
"Rename" or "edit" would be useful

Implemented in 2.6.0-alpha2. Closing.
