Remember Size/Location of Shape Gallery window box #8728

When constantly opening up the Shape Gallery, I keep having to enlarge/move the window so I can select multiple objects. There should be an internal config setting to save the last used size and and location of the shape gallery window last used.

Implemented in 2.6.0-alpha2. Closing.
