Project not marked as changed (asterisk in window title)

Description of the bug

When in saved project (without asterisk in window title) are made such changes like add Gcode (in vertical slide bar), or changed the printer (selected another physical printer), the project still seems like unchanged, no asterisk in window title and when is closed, the slicer does not ask for save changes, and all changes are lost.
Slicer should react on all changes in project and give chance to save changes before closing.

Similar to #8710 which is talking about adding color changes (which are just added G-codes).

This will be fixed in 2.6.0. Thanks for reporting.
