-Remove BBL specific logic

-Add check for valid request handler on start. With BBL no longer the default, it is possible for a request handler to not be set during development. There is now a check that will throw a RuntimeException if it is not valid.
PrusaConnectNew doesn't seem to be fully setup, so it is causing issues when implementing SimplyPrint. Moving SimplyPrint ahead of PrusaConnectNew fixes these issues
Calling `update()` (specifically the call to `update_host_type()` within the update method) would cause the print host type selection to advance by 1 whenever called. This fix only updates the layout of the buttons instead of calling the update method

Albert from SimplyPrint here. Let me know if there are any questions to us as a company about this integration!

Post upload actions are handled via the web interface and should not be handled via the slicer

Using the service:

Logging into SimplyPrint

After Login

Slice model as normal then select print

Send to print dialog has a new option Switch to device tab after upload. This also determines if the next SimplyPrint step is done in you default browser or in the device tab
image

After selecting print, the next step will be opened either in your browser or in the device tab based on previous step. If it is your first time using the device tab with SimplyPrint, you will need to login again. You can then choose what to do with the uploaded file via SimplyPrint's interface
