Pull Request description

Use standard POSIX functions for memory card handling.

The following configurations need to be tested:
MC0 has no config file, MC1 has no config file -> Configuration is saved in MC0
MC0 has config file, MC1 has no config file -> Configuration is saved in MC0
MC0 has config file, MC1 has config file -> Configuration is saved in MC0
MC0 has no config file, MC1 has config file -> Configuration is saved in MC1
No memory cards are inserted -> Configuration is saved on either USB or HDD
