Some dependencies were not needed and some archivers were not included.

I've added another commit which brings the other dependencies in line with pspdev/psptoolchain#114. I have tested building with these dependencies and found no issue. |
This is needed to be able to run meson

Okay, I've added python3 and python3-venv now. It should be able to build pacman now. This also fixes some other pkg-config related issues. |
