This PR implements the compatibility for matplotlib 3.5 and the convert_coordinate API implemented in psyplot/psyplot#46

  • Tests added (for all bug fixes or enhancements)
  • Tests passed (for all non-documentation changes)
  • Fully documented, including CHANGELOG.rst for all changes
