Archiving a folder archives a file starting with the same name, or vice versa

Current Behavior

Same issue as in #3946, but only affects folders and files starting with the same name, or vice versa. Archiving a folder named Test also includes a file named Test-1.0.0.jar in the archive.

Expected Behavior

Only the selected file(s)/folder(s) to be archived.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload a file named Test-1.0.0.jar
2. Create a folder named Test
3. Archive the folder
4. Open the archive, and observe the file being in the archive
