Docker container implementation

I propose to add the implementation of the docker container to the repository.
Why is it needed:

• Provide everyone who wants to try this application in just two "clicks" (make build, make run)
• Allows you to build without installing dependencies in the host system.
• Experienced users will be able to quickly integrate the application into their server solutions

Due to the fact that the assembly is carried out in a temporary container. This solves the architecture compatibility issue. Tested on ARM64, AMD64
