librt, pthread, and Boost.Chrono are dependencies of pxp-agent, which need to be included explicitly on AIX. My prior assumption about Boost.Thread including its dependency on pthread was incorrect for CMake 3.2.3. That dependency is created in later versions of CMake as part of the FindBoost implementation.
