  1. Support YAML Merge Key 

    Allow users to use YAML merge key to reuse and simplify there
mprocs.yaml setup.

```yaml
x-defaults: &defaults
  autostart: false
  stop: "SIGINT"

procs:
  date:

    <<: *defaults
    shell: date +"%Y"
