PR removes the
.travis-ci.yml
configuration file. The repo has moved to using GH actions for CI and to my knowledge does not use Travis-CI at all. Given that there's almost no reason one would want to go back to Travis (even if GH actions were to go away, there are much better free CI platforms now), no point leaving this this file around.
