The fix for this is pinning back to 14.4. we can unpin once we see a fix is released? |

I went in with the intention of fixing the navigation. However it seems ilke there is a bug in the latest version of pydata_sphinx theme.

PST0.15.1, no more left sidebar containing the local ToC pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme#1625 where i chimed in on that issuei am going to see if pinning back to version 15.0 or 14.4 fixes things.
