After Effects production ready

This release updates pyblish-standalone to work with pyblish 1.4 and multiple guis. It also is made to work with up coming pyblish-aftereffects release.

All updates include:

• setup.py for pip install
• Register hosts via cli.
• Register gui via cli.
• Debug flag for registering mock plugins.
• Stops pyblish-aftereffects server on closing down.
