First, make sure to have all requirements installed using:
$ pip install -r requirements/[ local | production ].txt
And create a PostgreSQL database 'pycon_portugal_2023'
- On Debian-based 10+:
$ sudo su - postgres -c "createdb pycon_portugal_2023"
Then start the server through gulp:
$ gulp
...
[Browsersync] Proxying: http://localhost:8000
[Browsersync] Access URLs:
---------------------------------------
Local: http://localhost:3000
External: http://10.101.176.121:3000
---------------------------------------
UI: http://localhost:3001
UI External: http://localhost:3001
---------------------------------------

First, make sure you have proper installation of Docker and Docker Compose.
Then, all need is build the container using the yaml file:
$ docker-compose -f local.yml build
And start the container:
$ docker-compose -f local.yml up
...
[Browsersync] Proxying: http://localhost:8000
[Browsersync] Access URLs:
---------------------------------------
Local: http://localhost:3000
External: http://XX.XXX.XXX.XXX:3000
---------------------------------------
UI: http://localhost:3001
