I don't expect this PR to be merged to FastUI. This will eventually become a separate package once FastUI allows custom components.
I extracted the core DataFrame Viewer (DFViewer) from Buckaroo (Buckaroo is a jupyter widget that renders dataframes with summary stats, histograms, and a low code UI in jupyter notebooks). This will let FastUI applications render a pandas or polars DataFrame in a performant modern table powered by ag-grid.
