Hey @goznauk thanks for dong this! I looked into it a bit more, upgraded to the latest versions, and made some other changes too. I just released version 0.5: https://pypi.org/project/esdbclient/ Let me know if this works for you on your Apple Silicon? |

As mentioned in grpc/grpc#28387 (comment),
grpcio = "~1.44.0"is not working for MacOS Applie Silicon.v1.47.0 v1.48.0 fixes this issue, while it's not the completed fix and will be updated more (just like apache/arrow#14499)
