Upgrade zarr dependency to >= 3.x.x

Description

The current supported zarr version is <3.0.0 (for some reason, this isn't explicitly stated in the setup.py optional requirements which can cause installation conflicts). Ideally, we should upgrade the zarr dependency to >=3.x and lower than 4, but also explicitly include that information in the package information.
