Following insights in #1390, we should investigate the necessity to introduce different priors for a and b in the (Modified)BetaGeoModel.

The main reason is that when a=b, beta(a,b)=0.5. this translates to dropout_probability = 0.5 regardless of covariates or the values of a, b
