We have previously reduced the size of binary files, which is already the minimum size we can reduce.

Reasons for the request

I am releasing a new release and trying to release it into Pypi, but it has failed https://github.com/kcl-lang/lib/actions/runs/14887592638/job/41812020800, we have confirmed that some users are using the versions we have already released, so we cannot easily delete these versions. So we need release sizes/total project size to increase in the future. Thanks !

Your issue title says a limit request for 100 mb, but the limit number in the actual issue request itself is asking for 500 mb. 500 mb is a bit high, I can bump it to 250 for now, let me know. Thanks.

It appears that the limit that is being hit is the overall size limit. limit for project overall size has been increased
