Sweep schedule parameters were generated only once when creating the DMRGCI object. In this PR scheduleSweeps and other relevant scheduleXXX parameters are generated before each call to block program, unless manually inputting the sweep schedules. This change allows one to modify attributes of DMRGCI object whenever needed.
