When running the same topology twice on the same cluster (probably with different parameters for e.g. a production and staging system), this currently requires to duplicate the topology file (as the topology name in StormSubmit is taken as the variable name holding the definition)

It would be a helpful convenience feature if there was an option to overwrite the name on submit.
