On second thought I probably merged that a bit too quickly. Could you please follow up with adding a test? Seems like this should be fairly reasonable to register a debugger and then check this works. Thanks! |

Is there any new release planned to contain this fix? I'd be happy to see this fix in my working environment on python 3.12. |
