Make the PriceServiceConnection websocket returns the VAA as well as the price #58
Description
Currently the websocket only returns the PriceFeed and if a protocol want to submit a transaction, they need to get the VAA which could be a newer one. The problem is that the frontend has no way of ensuring which price feed corresponds to this VAA.
If we return the VAA (in the format each package expects) this problem would be solved.
