PYDOC-6 [a]: python-sidebar/Python-Documentation-Fork-With-TOC#1

  • Sets up sphinx_rtd_theme instead of custom Python theme for Sphinx.
  • Pulls in missing colors from custom css
  • Pulls in custom footer from custom Python theme
  • Adds fork comment to index.html, but no other text deliberately changed
