Resolves #4816, and helps #3438
To install Pillow in the same way as #4816, I created this commit and it passed on macOS 10.13 and failed on macOS 10.14 and macOS 10.15. It similarly fails from a local Pillow from master on macOS 10.14 and local Pillow from master on macOS 10.15.
This PR adds the 'include' directory for homebrew zlib, in the same way that the include directory has already been added for homebrew freetype.
With this change, it then passes on macOS 10.14 and macOS 10.15
