Moved readme_static_files, django_open_source_apps.csv, flask_open_source_apps.csv, func_counter.py, make_dependency_graph.sh, profiling/ to readthedocs repo because for new comers I want them to just see pyt, not all the cruft. Having the profiling flaskbb codebases made it very hard to grep for things as well.
