Fix typo in Python tutorial introduction

Changed "web site" → "website" for consistency with modern style.

This is my first contribution to the Python documentation.

Hello,
This looks reasonable -- Wikipedia says “"website" has become the standard spelling. All major style guides, such as The Chicago Manual of Style and the AP Stylebook have reflected this change.”, with sources from 2010.

But, could you also change the occurences in Doc/tutorial/whatnow.rst, Doc/library/http.cookiejar.rst, and Doc/library/urllib.robotparser.rst?

@encukou It seems that two backports are correct and we can merge them.
