Avoid duplicated code:

  • PyObject_Init() uses PyObject_INIT()
  • PyObject_InitVar() uses PyObject_INIT_VAR()

cc @petdance: I merged his PR #18799 which added _PyObject_CAST_CONST() and he is working on PR #18798 which modifies even more code to use Py_IS_TYPE(). Work related to bpo-39573.

Avoid duplicated code:

* PyObject_Init() uses PyObject_INIT()
* PyObject_InitVar() uses PyObject_INIT_VAR()
