python-newest is now aligned with 3.13. Consider updating this repository with that in mind.

The current coordinator has been inactive for a year. There are many translations (3.11 is 50% translated) to propagate between the newer branches. Is there a process for replacing the coordinator? Maybe another coordinator can temporarily take over to assist?

Apologies I forgot to add a hyphen. I was looking to pin active coordinators.

The process is PEP 545, but I don't think it covers replacements so we can be pragmatic. Like most open source, it's generally based on people volunteering their time: is there a replacement volunteer?

And let's remember Ukraine has been under attack for three years (or actually 11 years), and be especially sensitive and understanding that our Ukrainian friends and colleagues may have other priorities.

I do volunteer. If I'm chosen for this position, I'll strive for do the least changes possible just to pass the position to someone better for the job (e.g. a Ukrainian) . Until then, I'll keep branches updated, CI actions versions updated and guide people in whatever needed in Transifex.

@rffontenelle I then volunteer to be your assistant I’d be interested to learn how it all works and help fix up this project :) It should be added to the switcher (it’s ~50% translated) once it’s cleaned up.

Hello team. I want to apologize for such irresponsible behavior.
It's a bit taught here, but I'm still alive, so let me close this issue myself.
I will find the right person who will cover me to avoid situations like this.
Thanks for your support @rffontenelle @StanFromIreland
