Add detailed stubs for networkx.drawing.nx_pydot

Pydot now has type stubs as of 4.0.0; functions returning a pydot graph can be annotated. However, Pydot does not store arbitrary data at each node, just a string and attributes, so read_dot should return a Graph[str].
