I'm trying to follow the official instructions for building pytorch/libtorch on Windows ARM64, and keep running into the following error. Searches online have not yielded anything useful and I'm hoping the developers can give me some idea of what I'm missing. It appears to be trying to build an x86 version, despite my building it on my Windows ARM64 unit. Here's the output:
