• Adding Filter node and its test (for now)
• Possibly TBD after discussion - as mentioned in Open for contribution on utility nodes like Filter, Shuffler, Header, Cycler? #1452, I'd add Shuffler, Header, Cycler if the maintainers are okay with it.
