Hi Quentin, Good question. I assume this file containts EBSD patterns? I would assume your .edaxh5 file is in the same format as the EDAX h5ebsd files we support reading. Could you try renaming the extension to "h5" and read it? If this does not work, we could make it work if you send me an "edaxh5" file to test with. |
