The client required the following.

 1. A table for comparing packages
 2. A form for collecting user details
 3. An auto-responder that collects and uses the above information
 4. A user friendly multiple-file uploader which limits how much a user can upload.
 5. Database that logs all orders
 6. Paypal intergration for payment.
