Install/update
If you are updating from 3.1.X or 3.0.X first run upgrade.sql then run optimize.sql also remember to update translation file.
If you are installing for the first time you just download the .zip file from below -> unzip -> drag & drop to server directory -> edit some things -> 💵 💵 💵
