Bug Summary

Error occurs when run zombietest with 4 kagome and 4 polkadot validators

Bug Description

We see that during zombietest execution approvals are blocking finalization

Steps to Reproduce

To run zombietest 2 files are needed:

  1. https://github.com/qdrvm/kagome/blob/604dc2fc2659ac7db9d5edbd56495455c0f4551a/zombienet/polkadot/functional/0001-parachains-pvf.toml
  2. https://github.com/qdrvm/kagome/blob/604dc2fc2659ac7db9d5edbd56495455c0f4551a/zombienet/polkadot/functional/0001-parachains-pvf.zndsl

Run them using the command: /zombienet-macos test -p native 0001-parachains-pvf.zndsl

Effects of the Bug

We see that finalization stops after block 12

Expected Behavior

Finalization proceeds

KAGOME from the latest master: 3ba5a61
Polkadot-SDK version 1.10
