@ebolyen assigning this one to you since this error is coming from ALP. When we discussed this a couple of months ago, the changes need to be made here. Screenshot of error:

Adding a new step here that will activate the environment and then check to see if yaml is in the environment, and if not, it will install it (prior to running the test-package action).

If it's too much of a pain to do a conditional in bash, will just add a step that will pip install yaml after activating the environment (which will do nothing if yaml is already present).
