col name sampleid should be forbidden

if you add a column namd sampleid in a prep/sample info file, the system will work just fine but when you try to do an analysis, it will fail cause the QIIME mapping file will have 2 sampleid columns.

There are two solutions:

1. don't allow sampleid as a column name
2. rename it, if present at the analysis stage.

My vote goes to 1.

Are you referring to the Qiime '#SampleID' in a mapping file, or the custom column 'sample_id' ?
