add timestamp to print on worker start #2581
Description
It will be nice to print the timestamp where we currently print of where the worker started.
Current: Qiita started on https://qiita-rc.ucsd.edu:5568, suggestion: Qiita started on https://qiita-rc.ucsd.edu:5568 on Wed May 9 15:55:22 PDT 2018
This will be mainly helpful during development/testing so we know when the latests version of the code was loaded.
