Add a "I would like to submit to EBI" button at sample information upload

...if the button is ticked, it the information file is checked to ensure the required metadata columns are present and if not, informs the user missing fields. At present, the user gets to requesting approval without any feedback about missing metadata columns requiring some back and forth on the help account. Flagging this for the participant early would be nice.
