内部工单 KODO-17713

  1. 对旧数据格式使用 JSON 字符串化进行兼容处理；
  2. 将文件列表文字大小调整为 0.875rem（14px）；
  3. 将模态窗默认大小调整为 600px；
  4. 新增 CSS Grid 布局，保证表单冒号对齐，两端自适应；
  5. 外部路径调整为类似 bucket 列表的界面；
  6. 登录后的「设置、书签管理、关于」菜单项移至右侧；
  7. 设置模态窗补充冒号；
  8. 传输任务面板当前激活面板高亮色调整为主题色，非激活面板调整为黑色、悬浮为主题色；
  9. 所有高亮文字大小调整为 1em（由 0.875em）；
