Thanks a lot for this. I've made some really minor changes and submitted a PR to your branch. Also, sympy's output seems to break the website software, it should be relatively simple to fix so I'll try and sort that ASAP. But it will need sorting before merging. |

Added two notebooks on transmon physics: branch-flux and deriving the transmon hamiltonian and cQED including the Schieffer-Wolff transformation
