- Update CKAN core to provide CAPTCHA login failure messages without monkey-patching
- Update Harvest, Validation, Validation Schema Generator to handle CKAN 2.11
- Update QA and Data theme to handle changes in other plugins, drop Goodtables vs Frictionless dependency conflict
- Expand scenario testing
- Add Validation scenario tests, update test dependencies
