- F-row on bottom layer wasn't fully setup (oops).
- Switched raise/lower keys to use tap-toggle.
- Minor adjustments to top layer to make it more usable when "stickied" on (include enter/tab key).
- Moved Insert to bottom layer and added PrintScreen.

* More keymap fixes. F-row on bottom layer wasn't fully setup, also switched raise/lower keys to use tap-toggle. * Added PrScr, put Tab back on top layer. * Fixed build breakage with default keymap (unneeded rgblight.h include)
