Added cookies pop-up (full image ref below):
Hides after you click the button, will pop up every 60 days, goes on top of everything and stays until you click the button.
Note: From the
hugo.tomlI had to remove thelazy = trueoption for the cookies otherwise it didn't seem to work. Not sure why this is but doesn't seem to cause any issues so should be fine
