KSP_Interstellar First Pre-Release

This is a first pre-release of my KSP Interstellar mission pack. Currently comprising a single mission pack built around thermal rockets with nuclear reactors (meant to be played when these unlock fairly early in the game).

I'm releasing the work so far for comments and suggestions from the KSP_Interstellar developers and users.
