While "ARRAY" works in JVM, it does not in Native.
Fix #30919

I didn't add any new tests because the failures were only happening in Native and Quarkus QE is already verifying this, plus we are already covering that the JVM run is not broken with the existing test coverage.

This class is optional (it's only available when the quarkus-smallrye-openapi extension is used).
We're only resolving the class when this capability is enabled:

quarkus/extensions/panache/rest-data-panache/deployment/src/main/java/io/quarkus/rest/data/panache/deployment/methods/StandardMethodImplementor.java
